Ok lads i know this is a bit of an old topic, but if someone was to leave a couple of hundred tyres outside in the middle of a football field then you would see how quickly the powers to be would react, and, if we went to any of the eastern europe countries and done half of what they do here it would not be tollerated. I know this for a fact, my wife is russian and i've been in a few of the baltic states. Unfortunatally, only the anglers will suffer because of the action of a few morons and it will be too late before anything is done, but it is also obvious that someone has also charged customers for the recycling of their old tyres and then sold them on to these muppits.
