It's late and I'm tired so no Pete style report I'm afraid.

Anglers who atteneded were Keith M, Donal D, Neil aka Lumpy, myself and JP!
Beautiful fresh day and hopes were high and from the off, fish came in to KeithM and Neil on pegs 1 and 3 who both quickly seemed to be taking in regular doubles and trebles. Donal and JP had slower starts but were still hitting fish most casts. After my second fish early on, a huge trawler came into my zone and done a clean sweep in front of me taking all fish that were there, sadly they were gone but luckily he didn't do any of the lads pegs so they continued to catch steadily all day. It was Coalie city with a few codling thrown in now and again. 1 flounder was caught to JP with the majority of fish to size with few undersize all day. It went quiet for the last hour which meant it was going to be a close finish between Keith Neil and JP but the Waterford cream rose to the top again to take top spot. Incredible last hour pulling out fish steadily while we all struggled. Very hard fought comp and great fishing by all except me  But I got plenty of help and tips for the future so I'll be back!!

1st JP (Still the new Black) Molloy 33fish 755pts
2nd Neil 27fish 664pts
3rd KeithM 21fish 446pts
4th DonalD 17fish 342pts
5th Me 8fish 193pts ( must be wrong surely  )

I'd also like to thank John (Bouy 32) who not only supplied 60 fine peeler crabs but also delivered them to me in Ferrypoint!
Excellent crab too!!

Hey Kieth you were unlucky with with that trawler. What are the chances of him doing just your peg......
