Is the deal still holding after 15 years?

What happens during the summer months at night when presumably there are no swimmers about? Can anglers fish then?

Whilst it sounds good on first reading, it seems to me that the swimmers got all that they wanted ie no anglers when they want to swim (cos they don't care about the winter months) and anglers had to give up almost half a year's access to a mark.

Not so good, really. That's why I say no compromise. We give up, they get what they want.
