I've always found http://www.buoyweather.com to be very accurate. It does sea temperature charts as well if you sign up.

The site http://www.wexfordharbour.info has Wexford tides times for the next week plus current local weather and lots of links to weather websites. Published tide tables for Wexford Harbour with tide time differences for Enniscorthy and coastal locations from Arklow to Cheekpoint (Barrow Estuary) can be obtained from Hayes Cycles & Fishing, S Main Street, RNLI Wexford Shop (Sat pm), Wexford Harbour Boat Club and Wexford Bookshop. Or email to this post to arrange a postal copy from RNLI Wexford.
