h rocks - Virtual Sea Angler sounds like me. Ex-pat from Bangor living near Sheffield - almost as far from the sea as its possible to get in England !! So most of my catches now are in my mind.
Entries now open for the All Ireland Shore Cod Championships on November 29th hosted by Sea Angling Ireland SAC

Hake,

If you think Sheffield is bad you should try Coventry as a Causeway Coast ex-pat !!

I.F.S.A. seems greatly changed since my day. As I recall, visiting anglers could become temporary/associate members, but I think all that changed when they got into insurance/ " corporate" liability problems.

Still, must be other forum folks who are members of I.F.S.A. affilliated clubs; perhaps they could lobby the Provincial Councils and get a Notice of Motion sent to the A.G.M.

Tanglerat, it's all your fault I found this site!!.

Moi?

Have we met, Boyd A? I hear no bells dinging away in the back of my head.....

Anyways, happy to help another dangler come in. Kieran, how much commission do I get? I'll take it in bait or hooks, whichever is handier.

Oh, hang on a mo, did you mean that post on mine on TSF, Boyd?

Very perceptive Tanglerat. Also try TSF about a year ago!!

Might see you at the NEC if you're going to Go Fishing; we appear to have
a lot [ age, people, things ] in common!!
