A half mile off Roches Point to day getting them 1 and 2 at a time, a dozen in no time. :D :D

6 miles off Power Head getting them 2 and 4 at a time :D :D :D

Started getting some late in the day yesterday 3 or 4 miles off Roches Point.
Not loads ,I suppose we got 30 or 40 but had to work for them. it looks like they are on their way

Had 7 fairly large mac's off golleen yesterday. One quick bang and then they were gone, no more for the rest of the 3 hours. Reckon 2 or 3 might have been the over 1kg size.

A few dozen caught in half an hour this morning (Tues) close in off Mayo's Downpatrick Head, no small ones, most medium sized and stuffed with sandeels. Could've filled the boat with them if we'd wanted.... just like old times. :D

Poor of the North coast,
about two dozen between seven anglers.
Lots of launce.
Specimens come and go but the passion is for ever.

out every day since saturday,very scarce saturday. since then 100 plus each day south of smiths seem to be everywherenow :lol: 80 today in 20mins :D
