Class weekend.Will be back next year.Catches were down on the Sunday because it went quite calm and crystal clear but thats fishing.

The only bait you will need is crab fresh or frozen. If you cannot get crab then lug will do, although it will not be as affective as crab. Standard flapper rig with sz 2 hooks cast at medium range (40yds) will do fine.

Frozen crab can work just as well as fresh! You don't even need to cast 40 yards! For best results the water needs to be coloured with a bit of chop! If the eels are there they will take your flounder baits to! Things can go very quiet between tides but most of the time the flounder are there in good numbers. Maddies are also worth having if the water is clear and can out fish someone with crab when conditions are like this!
