fished off enniscrone pier a couple of late evenings and no weed at all,,few doggies and pouting
2011 species:pollack,rockling,wrass,dogfish,mackrel,sea trout,flounder,turbot,pouting,coalfish,codling,whitting. 2012 wishlist:bass,plaice,ray,mullet,conger,?????

not a single weed in tullan beach fully fishible
Spesies 2012/ flounder, turbot, colie, whiting,thornback ray, dogfish, pollack, ballan wrasse, corcwing wrasse, dab, cod, sea trout, mackerel, smooth hound

Tried Trawee beach ( near Drummore West ) on 24 Dec . Unfishable due to heavy weed in the water altho there was very little sign of it on the beach itself .

I was on Streedagh Beach in Sligo on Sunday morning and there was a little weed but it wasn't too bad..

22nd-24th April

Buncranna Pier is nearly always weed free in all directions

Fahan Marina and Lisfannon Beach the same - note - an old stone wall runs parallel to the marina about 50-70 yards out at high tide, loose alot of gear if you snag this

enniscrone beach tonight 01-06-12 was heavy with that green lettuce type and red moss weed.hard to fish

Beach in North Fanad was weed free last-night.

Apparently, also fish-free.

The north side of Mulroy bay in north Donegal is choked with weed. Went down to Tra na Rossan on Saturday, had been itching to fish it all week but it was totally unfishable.

Scuba club at little killary no weed , beach beside it a good bit of weed on the rising tide,very fine slummy stuff :(

Streedagh fishable on Saturday and Sunday, some very light weed but nothing major.
It ain't easy but it sure is simple!
