Danny, were you fishing far south of Courtown?

Not looking for your specific mark, just a general pointer - planning a trip for later in the week, be nice to know if I need to head a bit further south than planned

Excellent fishing Danny. Some lovely hounds there. I have a fridge full of peeler so it looks like i will have to take a run down.

That's some great fishing, I'd love to catch even one over a pound! I just seem to be plagued by pups every weekend I'm out!

Cheers, I didnt think the pictures were that great, some of them came out alright!

I had the camera on silent mode by mistake and the flash wasn't going off properly and I didnt know how to change at the time..

Aye, we get em during day light hours when tide is rising. Frightened the life out of a few holiday makers a couple of years ago down in Curracloe when I pulled out a large Hound after they went for a paddle close by. Their faces were priceless and they left the beach soon after

No bother dac, we have never seen a difference in fresh and frozen when it comes to the Hounds, they don't seem to be fussy. Pity a few other species don't take a leaf out of their book !

I think if you have a few nice hounds you'll be dragging yourself away from them instead of the Bass

Fair Play Danny, Still only catching pups in Wicklow, fingers crossed the bigger boys won't be far behind

No we weren't up that far lad, but wont be long before they are in that area though.

Ah, the pups are always around before the bigger fish, don't give up yet, you will smash that pound barrier soon I reckon.
