Nice fishing Al,,,,,,,,some really decent fish in those piccies ,thats the beauty of photographing them next to the measure,those of us used to catching tiddlers can appreciate the real size of them 29cm pouting from the shore ,nice I think I have that tea towels brother masquerading as a face towel in my bathroom,its very familiar There again it would be, with all your reports .Nice glasses by the way Jordan, really suit ya . Get well soon Dawsey,I 'd say he was sick that he couldnt go

good variety of species as well

cheers man. we always try different methods of fishing when we're out. float, conger gear, feathers and ledgering. seems to be doing us well enough

Well done - some good sessions there. Thats a good size pouting!!
You got some nice size wrasse too - I didn't get to any of my wrasse marks over the summer due to my sore foot - I missed fishing for them, the bigger ones can put up a great fight.

thanks frank. i love the wrasse fishing. simple spinning rod and they fight like stink. just gonna make the most of them while they're still about

Great fishing again lads and a lovely selection of fish.Those wrasse are great quality not to mention a fine selection of dogs i hate holding one let alone four Great to see. .

thanks man. i always have a wee chuckle to myself when we're out and see a bunch of lads trying to unhook them. they treat them as if they are venomus or something . then in waltzes the wee man with his " it's all right mister i'll unhook him for you " routine the look on their faces when grabs the dog by the scruff and tucks the tail under his arm and pops the hook out is priceless

Cracking 3 days there Al, some nice photos, and those wrasse are cracking. The old Eel still eludes me this year, but I'll keep trying. Those Hardcore rods are fantastic value for money,I use one on the boat, and it's a very capable rod. I have a default location for Waterfoot pier by the way, to save Jordan getting annoyed, if you want to pm me. Although you probably know it already!!!!

yeah dave, well spotted. that was a hand towel that somehow managed to end up in the fishing towel basket . but i have to admitt, it acts well as a backround to my pics . the wee man got new glasses last week, so he's still getting used to them. my heart was in my mouth every time he was casting as i was afraid they might go flying off and hit the rocks it would be more than my life's worth if they ended up at the bottom of the sea

well it was'nt an intended catch that set up was for doggies and ling,,, but the conger was a welcome visitor
