Litter left behind by anglers

Phil says "its simple, if its anglers leaving the stuff behind, they have to take it onto the venue in a bag or something in the first place, how hard can it be to use the bag to take it home as well.... but trying to get this through often doesnt work.
ive overheard some saying they dont want the smell of used bait packets etc in their car on the way home....
any anglers coming across problems of litter on venues in ulster please let me know via pm
I agree with Phil. The same goes for me in Munster and always has. On a point of information, I will be sending out a set of guidelines to the clubs with the minutes of the next MPC meeting
