them skinnies are some craic though and considering their size, especially the 50grm, they can certainly travel even in hot and humid conditions

we should have a day dedicated to the opposite too-real heavy stuff, beginning with the 200grm, then the 275grm, and finally the superheavy weight 350grm

Unfortunatly I won't make it but just tell Paddy that Stevie is taking my place for our wee running battle but he will need to go easy on him as he is only a beginner.
