Aaww Noel mate!! When I seen your report titled 'clare bass' I thought you had finally managed to catch one! I was getting ready to chill the champagne to celebrate.
It's back in the fridge on hold for now
Hard luck but well done to those who did catch.
I agree with what some of the others are saying, perhaps you are trying too hard.
Relax abit more and just go fishing and you will catch one eventually.
I know it probably feels to you like you never will but you will!

The part of the beach you were on is good for two hours down to low and two hours back up, if its dark. You should have sacked your gilley and moved up to where Connor was as its better over high. I think we got there too early, Connor and his 'Beer flu' He said he would meet me at 1pm and turned up gone 3pm then went on to catch all the fish. I was bloody frozen by 6, and had to go home to look after the kids.
Good luck on your next trip, you will get one sooner or later.

No Noel, the champagne is back in the fridge chilling and it's staying there because I know you will do it! Have more faith in yourself for goodness sake!
Hopefully bringing your lucky charm along with you does do the trick
Tell him to come armed with some of the tips & advice K2 and I gave him both times we took him to Kerry for the bass, he caught on both occasions and seemed to help him and hopefully now it can help you - although I'm sure that with Connor and Co. there you's have all the knowledge and good advice you need without needing any of mine!
Good luck and hopefully you catch one on your next trip out because I'm gasping for a drink of that champagne!
