Unfortunately the beer kept me from the shore...!
Then I dislocated my Shoulder on Sunday and missed ACDC.... :-(

you're right. I will never forget the moment, when I saw the size of fish for the first time in the spot light of my headlight...But before it happened, last week I've seen similar size fish twice. And for the both causes they defeated me. In the first case bass has runaway along very sharp cliff edge, then turn and cut my braid on the rocks, and was gone with my brand new Rapala's. On the second time, decent fish gave me a long and hard fight. When I tought that it will be tired enough to land it it appeared to me that I was mistaken...When bass felt the shore bottom - it drove mad again and runaway in the Welsh direction. I knew that it is a lot of sharp rocks on the bottom in this spot, far away from the bank, which are covered now underwater during the high tide. So I decided to try to stop the fish before it will get to the rocks using more force in my drag. After that I lost the battle

-reason-straightened trebles on my lure :evil:

Now U can imagine the bass power. So yesterday I just couldn't miss my third chance

Now I'm giving my friends some rest coz I'm living the country for a 3 weeks holiday
