You didnt teach me how to cast. You showed me what way YOU cast and i showed you what way i felt comfortable casting.
Get it right.Just because you say thats the way it should be done doesnt mean i am gonna do it that way.Its the same when i say to you to have a good wash and use some deodorant .You never listen to me
And why would i care what people think???we all know who everyone is laughing at

My third fish was.
The batteries went dead on the scales before it was weighed but even Davy admitted it was a specimen :D :D :D
Not worried about catching or claiming them though, just love the fight out of mullet.
O not bad going colin, it's true they fight like stink only landed them over here on hols, seen about a two dozen very nice mullet hanging around the wee spot I am fishing over here, going to target them tomorrow all being well. Looking forward to hit into one at home.

its not a race  it is in his head but then he`s a wee bit touched if ya know wot i mean

Davy Davy Davy.
There is no need to be like that.
Everyone knows its no fun for you because you are soooooo far behind.
Look mate i wont fish for a while so you can get out there and TRYto catch a couple of mullet.
Cant say fairer than that.
Or i could keep fishing and let you get your photo taken with some of my fish
im just wondering how you got so good at mullet fishing colin....!?
i remember giving you some friendly advice but did you use any of it???

who told you 2 where 2 fish??????
who told you 2 get 4lb braid 4 your mainline????(and you came back with 25lb  )
who showed you what rigs 2 use??????
who told you 2 get a longer rod??????
who told you what hooks 2 use??????
infact who gave you a hook until you bought some???????

im curious colin, did you use any of the above advice or did you work out how 2 catch mullet all on your own?????
Love it, all good fun

Davy, I agree with you completely, some people need to wind their necks in!!!
It becomes really boring when people are constantly counting how many fish they have caught compared to you.
I don't know you that well but from what I have read on this forum I would say that you also give as good as you get!
Don't let them all get to you, you'll have the last laugh.
Just remember, it's not how you start..............it's how you finish!
Long runs the (fox) mullet!!!!!

What size was it? The fish that is I am talking about, before you think I meant something else Colin!!!
You have already accused me of flirting with Davy, he won't talk to me on this forum anymore if you keep on like that, he might be easily embarrassed or scared off.
I was just showing an interest in someone who seems to know what they are talking about, isn't that right?
I bet you Davy taught you all you know about fishing! That's why you go with him, to get his help and advice. :D

Of course thats why i go with him.He is a genius.
He can teach people a lot of things like where to go for a dump at different marks and all these amazing things to use for wiping.
And just last night he was showing me the great skill of dodging rounds of bread when they are thrown at you by Ronald

Think the fish was about 4 1/2lb which put up a crackin fight.
And believe me if you witnessed Davys personal hygiene you would see he is not easily embarrased
