Re: some very sad news
Shocking news.
I only met him the once when I went down to fish the SPA. He was decent enough to meet up with me after been out to all hours with the rose festival and drive me over and back for the session in his 4*4 out to his prefered mark. All for a fella he only knew through emails and texts.

Re: some very sad news
Dear all,
Thank you all for your kind words and thoughts, they mean a lot. As some of you know Liam died tragically on Monday 18th May in a freak drowning in Exmouth, Western Australia. He had spent the last 2 months travelling up the west coast fishing his heart out.
We know anyone who has ever known him or met him is totally devasted. We didn't know about this forum and it's lovely to see all the people he touched. If anyone would like more details or anything please feel free to contact either myself or Caitriona on the emails below and we will keep ye posted.

Re: some very sad news
My condolences to the family for their loss, sincerely, Eoghan
Update :
I just looked at his videos on Utube. They are brilliant.
It looks like he really died doing what he loved.
I know that's little or no consolation.
Very sad.
