Nice wee session there al , and well done to dawsey with the sea-trout ,I'll be getting a game permit for this years sea-trout fishing ,going to make an effort targeting them around a few spots closer to home so I might as well be legal .
If someone shows you a mark to fish, respect it and dont pass it of as one of your own, dont tell every man and his dog about it.

Sounds like a good trip nice one on the sea trout Dawsey. Great pick of the 5 Beard too !!

Ronald do share the secret would love to get one have heard they are great scrappers!!

were they out at distance or just under the rod tip like most of the flounder??

Cheers lads was chuffed t'was my 1st ever sea-trout, the days ya never forget :mrgreen: I am hoping to target the sea trout myself with very light gear, I know of a few local spots that I would like to try. If you guys want to get a session in sometime give me a shout. Can I grab a permit at the local post office?
