Hi kev,,
yes 14 05oz ,83cm long and caught on a 120cm white tide minnow surf and released after the photo shoot ,in the pic you can see a red berkley boga grip in the fishes mouth a fantastic tool for handling any bass a must for any serious bass angler and cortaz the legend thanks for the comments i release all the bass i catch if they are ok to go back

Well done on the catch and release, must have taken a good few years to reach that size.
Species '20 (14) 5 Beard Rockling, Shore Rockling, Codling, Whiting, Pollock, Coalfish, Pouting, Corkwing Wrasse ,Ballan Wrasse, Poor Cod, Dab ,Smoothhound,Flounder, Thornback Ray


For the rich, there is therapy. For the rest of us, there is FISHING! --

I havnt been out fishing in over 3 weeks, and pictures like these are not helping my withdrawl symptoms !!

Well done that was some fish :shock: :shock:

Makes my 2.5 lb bass from Saturday evening look like a sprat :mrgreen:

2. You are talkin about the Waterford coastline here - everyone shouldn't be so surprised about doubles coz theres plenty of em about down here :roll:
3. A 14lbr is still a magnificent fish 8)
