I would say the ray on the right is definately a cuckoo. Apart from the dark mottled patch on the wing, you can see that the disc is heart shaped, a key identification point. The spots on the Homelyn ray are large and do not reach out to the back edge of the wing. A reasonable cuckoo it is too as they only grow to about 5 lb.

i would doubt it been a cuckoo brian i have had ccckoo ray in the past and the patch on the wings is much more vivid like a flower bright yellow with a with a black spot in the middle. dennis that ray on your box is a homlyn most of them have a circular pattern on the wings . when you get a cuckoo you will def be able to tell the differance.
