8 crew members, which is the max for a boat. Am I missing anyone, or is there a cancellation

Hi Lads,

Just an observation, that's 8 people

You will be sitting on top of one an other in a Mitchell 31 they are a nice boat but comfortable to fish 6 max. It will be torture if you are used to fishing just 8 on the likes of John Deveraux, Dick or Eamonn Hayes, or Mark Gannon's boats.

Have a look at this photo this is a Mitchell 31's deck space the fish box should give a good indication of the space available. Best to keep the group as small as possible or try and hire in a second boat.

Yeah, I really prefer to keep it to 6 max. If people are ok with it I could try for a second boat.
It is 350 a boat. If we could get another 2 to fish it would be 70 euro each, with comfort! I'll try and ring around and see how people are set.

Sean Radford has pencilled us in, so if we could have another 2 that would be great. That would be 5 to a boat.
Sean knows the waters around Kilmore Quay, having fished commercially.
Karen-Ann is an offshore 105.

Lads, I looked at the latest computer generated charts, as well as the met office official chart, and it is looking as good as you could hope for 6 days out

I think it's generally 4 or 5 euro in that part of the world for 20, but that was last year. I haven't bought rag in wexford yet this year.
