2 shore marks in east cork.... both blank for all species for all concieveable rigs and lures :(

Been on a couple of marks in Clare last weekend. Both yielded Macks and Pollacks... a bit patchy on Sunday... Saturday is much better. :D

30 between 3 of us near bridges of ross yesterday! saw the remains of at least 60 on the rocks

Hello,
Fair play to all reporting, and especially those reporting blanks, no great glory in it but it's sure to be helpful to many at this time of year.

None inside Kinsale Harbour this evening would sum it up.

Was fishing with my father-in-law. Near the mouth of the harbour saw lads in boats getting them by the score, but 6 rods in total for 2 hours from the shore - total yield - 4 mackerel :(

Just a quick note....mackeral have shown up off the quays off Cobh this week. Not many, most guys averaging 3 to 4 but enough to keep everyone happy :lol: .

Couple of macks in cork inner harbour off the boat yesterday evening, well in casting distance from the rocks in graball if anyone wanted to hit them from the shore.
Species 2014: whiting, coalie, pouting, codling, pollack, ballan wrasse, dab, poor cod, mackerel, grey gurnard, conger, ling, cuckoo wrasse, launce, common skate, bass, scad, garfish, blue shark

Species 2015: Ballan wrasse, poor cod, pollack, ling, flounder, turbot, mackerel, whiting, lsd, dab, grey gurnard, pouting, cuckoo wrasse, cod

6 macks and 9 launce out of bulloch yeserday for 3 hours fishing . Better than nowt but not enough for a trip to Cahore so a trip out into Dublin bay tomorrow instead.

All of the Launce were foul hooked .Any one recommend a feather that they go for? Do the bleedin glow worms work for them ?

15/june.killiney beach right up as far as the rocks behind bullock harbour with every spot along the way getting a considerable amount of time to produce.........zero!!!

15 macks and 18 launce today at about 1.30 up off dalkey island .Reckon they are feeding a bit on the rise .Quickest bit of bait so far .

Any one know if it is possible to get council to put lime on the slip in Bulloch Harbour to clear off the slippy weed?
