Hi Jim ,
I have spent about four hours trying to load photos,
Every time i pick browse , attach file, submit it keeps coming up invalid.
Now , the size says 4.0 mb which could be too big, i have followed the instructions on the forum and still no joy , my heart is broke, its not allowing me to make the pictures smaller.
I GIVE UP!!!!!!!!!! HEADS MELTED.

The trouble with Windows Powertoys Image resizer is that it is a bit outdated at this stage and only compatible with Windows XP. If you have Windows7 or Vista installed as your Operating System it won't work.
Alternatively, here are 2 links to free image resizer programs compatible with the aforementioned OS's to resize and convert images:

Another easy way to do it is use your email (outlook)
If you email the pics to yourself windows will ask do you want to resize your pics
just say yes and then you will get them back at a fraction of the size.

I’ve being doing it that way for a long time.
To make it easier for yourself to find them later create a New Folder in your Documents and save the downloaded pics there.
