Just use the Palomar Knot for a quick knot on any hook. Easy to tie in bad conditions and takes seconds. Not a nice neat knot but neither is the snell knot!

Waste of money i'd say. Just learn and practice your basic knots and with time you can tie them blindfolded with numb fingers.

looking at it I would say that a nicely lip hooked fish trashing around in the water would manage to twist off the line of the hook,I would rather spend the extra few seconds to make a right knot

Seriously though wouldn't trust them at all, It takes the same amount of time to tie a hook and it's not the hardest thing in the world to do, learn your knots and you'll be graaaaaaand
